About My Practice
Therapy provides the time and space to reflect and gain insight into past and present experiences, thoughts, and feelings. Depending on the issue, working with a therapist can help provide new insight and perspective, non-judgmental support, accurate and up-to-date information, guidance based on research and expertise, and the space to learn and practice new strategies for life’s inevitable challenges.
In my practice I create a warm and accepting environment where people feel safe and supported expressing and exploring their emotions, telling their stories, and growing personally and emotionally. Using an integrated approach based on the specific needs of each person, the focus is building upon existing strengths and adding new coping skills while reducing distress.
I love what I do. I thoroughly enjoy every day working as a therapist in private practice. Building respectful relationships with my clients is at the core of my work. It is an honor and privilege to work with my clients during their good times, their most difficult of times, and everything in between.
I look forward to meeting you!
