Therapy for Young Adults
I specialize in working with young adults (20 years and up) and the wide range of issues that are faced in one’s 20′ and 30’s. Young adulthood can be a time of vast opportunities and possibilities in the areas of relationships, work, school, and personal identity. Often with these possibilities come risks, uncertainty, and difficult choices.
Many of my young adult clients are looking for support in areas of life transitions, change (both expected and unexpected), intimate relationships, career choices, body-image and eating issues, parenting infants and young children, and meeting the demands of their increased mature roles and responsibilities.
We work together to add healthy and productive coping strategies for stress, fears, depression, anger, and anxiety, and to eliminate coping strategies that are harmful or unhealthy.
